More on the blog. I'm liking this new look quite a bit. Starting to entertain the notion of doing a new Front story in this style.

Asymmetrical Cowboy-Bot
CAG 33 - Teens Make Comics
Comics Are Great! 33 is ready for watching/listening, featuring a panel discussion with some local teen cartoonists. These kids drop some serious food for thought for their fellow beginning cartoonists, but I think there's a wisdom in their words that we experienced artists would do well to give a listen.

Joe Foo demonstrating his "Messed Up Fairy Tales" workshop at the Kids Read Comics Extravaganza this past March.
Joe will be our guest speaker at the next edition of the Ann Arbor Comic Artists Forum, at 1 pm Sunday, November 6. I'll be there--will you?
Comics Are Great! 32 - Alchemical Science
Comics Are Great! Episode 32, with Jim Ottaviani and Nick Abadzis. Fantastic discussion this time on getting into the mind of your characters, story flow, and why comics are "the greatest communications medium ever developed by humankind."
The great thing about producing the Comics Are Great! show is that every show is so packed with good discussion, it's impossible for me to pick a favorite. I always drive home intellectually on fire after talking with such exciting minds.

Unpublished comic from 96 (isn't "unpublished" a weird word?)
And just saying the word "unpublished" strikes me as weird nowadays. With the Interworld, the only things that need to go unpublished are things you don't wish to share.
Sure was different in 1996 when Tom Root and I did this book Stranger Things, a Sam Raimi-esque fantasy/horror/comedy.
So I posted the whole comic on my blog, along with some thoughts on the difference between now and then.
